Animalia Fantástica is a series of sculpted glass works using anthro-pomorphic forms as metaphor. From the advent of human expression, animalia has been a driving source of inspiration. Some of the oldest cave paintings depict animals and the hunt. This narrative continues in our work touching on nourishment and sustainability.  

From ancient Egyptian paintings and sculpture to modern cartoons, anthropomorphism has been a continuous subject. As humans, we are part of the animal kingdom and often identify ourselves as such.

We are one and the same, born to live, to love, to care for our young, compete, struggle, and achieve.
