The work that we cerate collaboratively starts with an idea. We discuss, sketch, and plan out the piece and the process to create it.

Many techniques are involved in the creation process, but most of our pieces begin in the hot glass studio. Working with a team of three to four highly skilled assistants, we use both traditional and un-conventional glassblowing approaches to sculpt the forms.

Typically we work separately and simultaneously; making parts which we then work together to assemble.

Other parts are created with plate glass, flameworked glass and mixed media. Once the work is finished and we are pleased, we engrave our collaborative mark.
